The Human Resources department at Ferring USA is responsible for training and developing all employees. We cooperate closely with managers in Ferring, but also believe that the employees have a significant co-responsibility for their own learning and development. That is why the development plan of each individual employee is determined in collaboration between Human Resources, the manager and the employee at the annual "Ferring Dialogue", which is our performance appraisal tool.
