| • | Terry McMorrow Scholarship Fund – In September 2008 Ferring Pharmaceuticals established a scholarship program in honor and memory of Terry McMorrow, long-time CFO/VP of Finance who passed away in March 2007. | ||
| - | Each year Ferring will award one (1) scholarship to a child of a full-time U.S. based Ferring employees totaling $10,000. | ||
| - | Each year Ferring will also award one (1) $10,000 scholarship to a high school Senior who attends Parsippany High School. | ||

| • | Scholarship in Memory of Jennifer Delannoy – In March 2009 Ferring Pharmaceuticals established a scholarship in honor of Jennifer Delannoy (wife of Olivier Delannoy). | ||
| - | Ferring Pharmaceuticals Inc., has committed to $2,500 a year scholarship for the next five (5) years. |

| - | The recipient must be a senior on the wrestling team at Kinnelon High School who has outstanding grades. | ||
